EASY PUMP SYSTEM: PVC RISER PIPES FOR SUBMERSIBLE PUMPS MADE IN ITALY! The PVC riser pipes for submersible pumps are a valid alternative to the traditional galvanized, stainless steel and polyethylene columns.

The PVC pipes for submersible pumps are equipped with an assembly system, called “EASY PUMP SYSTEM“, which allows a column of PVC pipes to be connected with a submersible pump in a practical, efficient and fast way. On the pump side PVC riser pipes are supplied with an inox joint that have a pump suitable thread and a pipe suitable thread; the rest of the column is composed of thick PVC pipes connected together with pre-installed sleeves that can resist to the vibrations and torsions low power pumps. For pumps that have more power, the sleeves are equipped with an innovative locking system, the “SYSTEM-BLOCK”, which prevent them from loosing or unscrewing. The upper part of the PVC pipes column is connected to the well head with another specific stainless steel fitting.
PVC riser pipes are made of high quality material whose features assure the maximum resistance to pressure and pulling. In the strict laboratory resistance tests, EASY PUMP SYSTEM pipes did not show any damage or deformation. Furthermore, PVC pipes have an excellent hydraulic index (K = 0.01) which results in minimum fluid loss and lower pumping costs.
